　　3协议效期限：甲方获专利产品注册商标商业标志均须立乙方提供
　　4甲方必须希建立商业关系境新客户转乙方

　　1费维持营力机构切实甲方推销产品
　　2费参加交易会制作推销甲方产品网站目录等广告物

　　6断甲方提供国相关商业情报
