Abstract This paper pointed out that the existing noncircular crosssection parts machining method is difficult to achieve nonsmooth crosssection of the sixparty processing and the identification of turning parts are hexagonal cross section (Body Composition of The Sixparty) in the process of materials with the law Then on the basis of this study can be applied to a conventional latheturning the sixparty processing technology through the transformation of bed saddle Tool system tools for the instantaneous withdrawal knife into the reciprocating motion thereby turning arc foreign material In addition the paper also guarantee from the hexagonal crosssection shape is the accuracy requirements Analyzing the bed saddle design tool carrier system key parts of the cam contour curveAnd will carry on the parametrization design using the ProE software obtained the cam entity Lathe renovation of the power system transmission and calculate the main parameters Calculation of Tool slider roller guide agencies and vertical feed ball screw pair of models and parameters
